Ruth Holleyman

Collected native by Holleyman.  I. giganticaerulea. Only known triploid.  Color is slightly deeper blue than traditional roadside iris giganticaerulea, orange-yellow midrib paling to white.  A special iris and probably no longer in native habitat.  (G. W. Holleyman, R. 1954). 36" height and early to midseason bloomer.
